Salary: HKD 17,000 – 25,000/month
About Your Role:
- Provide 1st & 2nd level technical Support Service and escalate complex issues to supplier within the agreed service levels
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on network, server, desktop, hardware, software and application systems
- Assist users with applications and systems, ensuring optimal performance
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Keep track of status and frequently communicate with stakeholders of Service Requests and Incidents from case start-to-end
Does it sound like you?
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other related discipline
- Knowledge in Microsoft desktop / Office 365 / Azure platforms
- Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls)
- Holder of MCSA / Azure Administrator Associate certificates would be an advantage
- 1-2 years field service relevant working experience
- Good personal communication skills and positive mindset
