Job Type: Full time
Salary: $21,000 per month
Key responsibilities
- Process and track air import (& export) shipments, including preparing all necessary documentation and liaising with airlines, customs, and other stakeholders
- Provide superior customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records and data on all air shipments, and prepare supplier pricing
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in air import/export operations or a similar logistics role
- Strong knowledge of air freight processes, customs clearance, and related documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, airlines, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills to stay up-to-date with industry changes
