Accounting & HR Administrator

    Location: Causeway Bay, Wan Chai District

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: HKD 18,000 – 25,000 / month

    Responsibilities:

    1. Accounting Responsibilities

    – Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including processing payments, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records.

    – Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

    – Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

    – Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and tax preparation.

    – Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

    – Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.

    2. HR & Payroll Responsibilities

    – Oversee payroll processing, including salary calculations, MPF contributions, and tax filings.

    – Track employee attendance, leaves, and sick days.

    – Draft and maintain employee contracts and personnel records.

    – Handle commission calculations and ensure accurate payout based on company policies.

    – Stay updated on Hong Kong labor laws, MPF regulations, and tax requirements.

    – Assist in basic HR functions, such as onboarding and offboarding processes.

    3. Administrative Responsibilities

    – Provide general office support, including procurement of supplies and managing vendor relationships.

    – Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries.

    – Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and maintain office records.

    – Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by management.

    Requirements:

    – Certificate in bookkeeping/accounting or payroll qualification preferred.

    – Previous experience in accounting, financial reporting, and payroll processing.

    – Familiarity with payroll systems and Hong Kong MPF/tax regulations.

    – Strong computer skills (Excel, accounting software).

    – Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    – Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

    – Fluent in English (written and spoken).
