– Key Responsibilities
· Develop and Implement AI Solutions: Design, build, and deploy AI-driven tools to optimize operations, marketing campaigns, financial processes, and HR functions.
· Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with teams to identify pain points and opportunities where AI can drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation.
· Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize machine learning and natural language processing to analyze datasets, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
· AI Integration: Embed AI capabilities into existing systems, ensuring seamless adoption and scalability across the organization.
· Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies to keep Trinity Medical at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
-Qualifications and Skills Required:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
· Proficiency in AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with generative AI tools.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
· Excellent communication skills to collaborate with non-technical teams and present ideas clearly.
Preferred:
· Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus but not mandatory.
· Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data visualization tools.
