IT Support Specialist

    Location: Fanling, North District

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $15,000 – $18,000 per month

    Key Responsibilities:
    Deliver comprehensive on-site technical support, including traveling to customer sites to address technical issues directly.

    Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, and equipment to meet organizational and customer needs.

    Manage IT help desk functions, including troubleshooting issues, performing software upgrades, and resolving technical problems efficiently.

    Respond to customer support calls promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions, and escalate to on-site visits when necessary.

    Assist with ad-hoc assignments and projects as required to support team objectives.

    Adhere to a 5.5-day work schedule from Monday to Saturday.

    Requirements:
    Diploma or higher qualification in Computer Studies, Information Technology, or a related field.

    1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support; on-the-job training will be provided for suitable candidates.

    Demonstrated strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail.

    Proven capability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented setting.

    Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites for on-site support as required.
