Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 per month
Our client is a well known retail group in Hong Kong To expand the business, it is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:
Responsibilities:
- For Assistant IT Manager Manage 7-8 staffs
- Provide technical advice and support to business users, application team & other stakeholders
- Manage and monitor The performance of the outsourced IT help desk team to deliver prompt, effective and friendly support to end-user, standardised process and procedures
- Manage Microsoft Dynamics AX , POS System, ERP System
- Perform on-site hardware troubleshooting
- Assist and coordinate with vendors in the design, implementation and maintenance of IT project
- Provide documentation support to the field service reports
- Develop and maintain good working relationship with customers
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Computer Studies / Business information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 4-year working experience in Retail/ Sizable Company
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX , POS System, ERP System
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and Putonghua
