Salary: $22,000 – $28,000HKD
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle of talent acquisition process including sourcing & attracting potential candidates through various channels (e.g. recruitment & social platforms), conducting interviews, preparing employment-related documents and handling on-boarding formalities etc.
- Build up and maintain close relationship with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and manpower planning in order to drive effective recruitment strategies
- Analyze recruitment data, formulating & executing recruitment strategies, and generating management reports
- Keep abreast of market trend and recommend necessary actions to maintain company’s competitiveness on talent acquisition
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management is preferred
- Minimum 4 years’ solid experience in recruitment field, especially conducting interviews
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
- Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage
- Detail-minded; strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills
