About the role
We are seeking an ambitious Consultant Trainee to join our dynamic team at Additional Portfolio Management Limited. As a Consultant Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR consulting services, contributing to the success of our clients and the growth of our business. This is a full-time position based in our Kwun Tong office.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting senior consultants in the delivery of a range of consulting services, including talent management, organisational development, and employee relations
- Conducting research, gathering data, and preparing presentations and reports to support client engagements
- Participating in client meetings and workshops, gaining valuable experience in client-facing roles
- Continuously learning and developing your consulting expertise through training and mentorship
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide practical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
