HR Manager

    Location: Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $35,000 – $45,000 per month

    What you’ll be doing?

    • Manage payroll: Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong regulations.
    • Handle HR operations: Address employee inquiries, manage onboarding/offboarding, and coordinate performance appraisals.
    • Implement HR policies: Localize and enforce group-wide HR policies, ensuring they align with local laws and cultural practices.
    • Assist in annual HR cycles: Support key projects such as salary reviews, bonus planning, and performance management.
    • Ensure compliance: Guarantee all HR activities adhere to local employment ordinances and support internal/external audits.

    Who are they looking for?

    • HR expertise: Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a multinational or listed company.
    • Payroll proficiency: Hands-on experience in payroll calculation, tax filing, and HR system operation.
    • ESOP knowledge: Familiarity with ESOP and understanding of HKEX listing rules relating to ESOPs.
    • Legal understanding: Strong grasp of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements.
    • Language skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
    • Independent worker: Ability to work independently under pressure, being proactive and systematic.
