Location: Central and Western District
Job Type: Full time
Salary: $20k – $25k
Key responsibilities include:
- Handle payment of regular and temporary staff payroll and benefits;
- Ensure compliance with the University’s polices and external regulatory requirements;
- Prepare payroll-related reports and analysis;
- Support process review projects, new system implementation and conduct user acceptance tests; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field;
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, preferred with experience in shared service for payroll;
- Professional qualification in accounting body is preferred;
- Good team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Adaptability in dynamic environments, able to work independently and efficiently under pressure, responsible, and self-motivated;
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; and
- Hands-on experience with ERP system is advantageous.
