About the role
As an MPF Consultant at Sun Life Hong Kong Limited, you will be responsible for providing professional advice and support to clients on Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) schemes. This full-time position is based in Hung Hom, Kowloon City District, and offers the opportunity to play a key role in helping clients achieve their financial goals through effective MPF planning and management.
What you’ll be doing
Conducting in-depth client needs assessments to understand their financial objectives and MPF requirements
Providing expert guidance and recommendations on MPF scheme selection, contribution strategies, and investment options
Assisting clients with the setup and ongoing management of their MPF accounts, including fund transfers, contribution adjustments, and withdrawal procedures
Staying up-to-date with the latest MPF regulations, market trends, and product developments to ensure clients receive the most accurate and relevant advice
Collaborating with the internal team to develop and implement effective client engagement and retention strategies
What we’re looking for
Welcome no experience in the financial services industry, with a strong interest in MPF or retirement planning
Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and simple manner
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs
Proficient in the use of relevant MPF software and client relationship management tools
