Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 per month
Our client, looking for a strategic and hands-on Compensation & Benefits Manager / Senior Manager to overseeing all Compensation and Benefits operations.
Responsibilities:-
- Perform full spectrum of compensation & benefits duties including but not limited to monthly payroll reconciliation, annual tax filing, etc.
- Assist the director in formulating salary related plans, including but not limited to short-term incentives, medium to long-term incentives, project incentive plans, etc
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing
- Analyze and calculate the overall salary and welfare costs of the Company, and monitor the salary and welfare costs’ draw up annual budget
- Regularly analyze the status of the salary and benefits system, prepare relevant analysis reports, and propose suggestions for adjusting the salary and benefits system
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure competitive positioning
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR processes and policies
- Assist the Director in establishing and implementing a performance management system
- Promote the development of performance evaluation indicators, structures, calculation methods, and weights for various departments, and provide suggestions
- Assist the Director in organizing and implementing performance evaluations for senior management personnel
- Regularly organize performance reviews for the company, prepare relevant analysis reports, and propose improvement suggestions for performance evaluation
- Support HRIS system enhancement and UAT testing
- Assist in ad-hoc projects
Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 10 years of experience in C&B, preferably within the banking & financial services industry or sizable company
- Strong numerical foundation and with expert knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Strong in using MS Excel including V-lookup, pivot table, etc.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
