About the Role
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with the organization’s goals and ensure competitiveness in the market
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine salary benchmarks, benefits trends and compensation best practices
- Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Oversee monthly payroll processes and operations ensuring accuracy
- Provide supervision and management over HR system including enhancement and migration related initiatives
- Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits data to assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws, regulations and industry trends related to compensation and benefits
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years of related experience with 3 years in supervisory level gained from a sizeable organization
- Proven experience in full spectrum compensation and benefits management with a strong understanding of compensation structures and benefit programs
- Prior experience in handling expatriate package (i.e tax equalization) is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
