    Salary: 50K – 60K x 13 months

    About the Role

    • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with the organization’s goals and ensure competitiveness in the market
    • Conduct market research and analysis to determine salary benchmarks, benefits trends and compensation best practices
    • Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations
    • Oversee monthly payroll processes and operations ensuring accuracy
    • Provide supervision and management over HR system including enhancement and migration related initiatives
    • Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits data to assess program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
    • Stay informed about changes in labor laws, regulations and industry trends related to compensation and benefits

    The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
    • Minimum 10 years of related experience with 3 years in supervisory level gained from a sizeable organization
    • Proven experience in full spectrum compensation and benefits management with a strong understanding of compensation structures and benefit programs
    • Prior experience in handling expatriate package (i.e tax equalization) is highly preferred
    • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
    • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
