We are looking for high caliber professionals to join us as a Case Manager based in Hong Kong. As a Case Manager, you will manage a portfolio of insurance clients, acting as a primary contact point for all their insurance-related needs. Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end, one-stop service throughout the entire process from application submission to policy issuance
- Follow up closely with insurers on underwriting processes, policy renewals, claims applications and other after-sales services, acting as a bridge between customers and insurers
- Manage a portfolio of life and general insurance customers, serving as a primary contact point for all their insurance-related needs
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers, prepare insurance quotations, address inquiries and follow up on policy renewals
- Collaborate with account management team to prepare client presentations, illustrations and product comparisons, and providing support during the sales process.
- Deliver high quality services to customers especially for MCVs, ensuring alignment with business strategies and compliance with regulatory standards and requirements
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, adhering to company policies and prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and well-documented records of policy applications to ensure proper documentation and compliance
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in the life insurance industry, and experience in selling insurance products for banks or insurance brokers in Hong Kong and servicing MCVs is preferred
- Passed IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3 and 5 (Paper 5 optional)
- Familiar with life insurance products and business models for domestic and MCV segments. Experience in HNW customer segments and group insurance/employee benefits is highly desirable
- Ability to interact well with key external partners, including banks and insurers
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Native or full professional proficiency in Putonghua; Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
