Salary: $45,000 – $60,000 per month
What you’ll be doing?
- Lead EE Design: Oversee electrical engineering design, component selection, and testing for new products.
- Global Collaboration: Work with teams in the USA, South America, Mainland China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines.
- Project Management: Plan and distribute tasks to optimize resourcing and manage timelines.
- Technical Guidance: Provide engineering expertise and maintain thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Management: Lead a team of 4-6 engineers in the Hong Kong office, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Client Communication: Present project updates and manage client calls to convey technical concepts effectively.
Who are they looking for?
- Experience: 8+ years in product development and 3+ years of leadership experience in consumer electronics or household appliances.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, sensors, batteries, wireless technology, and circuit design.
- Language Proficiency: Ability to work in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin at a professional level.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel within Asia, including China, Vietnam, South Korea, and Taiwan.
