Responsibilities
- Monitor the reception counters and maintain clerical support to the daily operations
- Lead and coordinate the concierge service to provide one-stop service to residents
- Manage residents’ inquiries from all channels and achieve company’s key performance indicators
- Prepare regular reports
Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in related disciplines
Holder of Security Personnel Permit (SPP) & Green Card
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in customer service industry
Good communication, interpersonal and coaching skills
Excellent customer service attitude
Knowledge in basic PC skills
Good command in English and Chinese
