We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Sales Specialist to lead strategic sales initiatives, deliver technical expertise, and build strong partnerships with hospitals and cardiac teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies for cardiac devices across major hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Clinical & Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth product demonstrations, operating room support, and training for cardiologists and clinical staff to ensure optimal product utilization.
- Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and support product launches in alignment with company objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers.
- Industry Representation: Attend cardiac workshops, conferences, and events to represent the brand and stay ahead of market trends.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cardiac device, medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record in hospital-based sales and operating room support
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, consultative approach
