Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background and proven experience of managing fast-paced RFI/RFQ from our oversea customers.
In this role, you will manage RFQ /RFI related to electronics/mechanical component parts and PC/HMI products. You will oversee coordinating with customers and suppliers, handling technical queries, preparing quotations, and supporting procurement and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for oversea customer’s RFQ /RFI related to technical parts (i.e. TFT display module, Touch panel sensor, Silicon Rubber, Plastic, Membrane overlay) and PC/HMI products (i.e. Display Monitor and Panel PC). Provide technical, engineering support and insights throughout the process.
- Review customer’s request thoroughly, understand technical specifications, and source suitable suppliers meeting quality and technical standards.
- Communicate with suppliers for technical Q&A, clarifications, and validation to ensure accurate and competitive quotes.
- Analyze quotes, perform technical assessments and price calculations to prepare precise sales quotations.
- Manage independently each RFQ /RFI, collaborating closely with different stakeholders to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
Requirements:

- Degree or Higher Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fields with at least 5 years of experience in technical components (i.e. TFT display module, Touch panel sensor, Silicon Rubber, Plastic, Membrane overlay) and PC/HMI products (i.e. Display Monitor and Panel PC)
- Proven ability to manage technical RFQ /RFI, source electronics and mechanical components, assembled parts and PC products
- Strong engineering background with experience in analyzing technical specifications, performing assessments, and preparing quotations including P&L calculations.
- Independent, proactive team leading player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Well-organized, energetic, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with a dynamic, multi-cultural and growing company working culture and environment.
- Good PC skills in MS office, ERP and CRM system is preferable.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken) and mandarin.
- Work location in Lai Chi Kok and regular travel to abroad or China is needed.
