    Key Responsibilities​​

    1. ​Smart Meeting Product Sales Strategy​​: Develop & execute targeted sales plans for iFLYTEK’s intelligent meeting solutions (e.g., AI-powered conference systems, voice transcription tools) aligned with Hong Kong market needs; decompose targets to drive revenue growth.
    2. ​G/B End Market Development​​: Spearhead outreach to ​​government agencies (public safety, legal)​​ and ​​enterprise clients (finance, tech); coordinate cross-functional teams (product, tech) for seamless pre-sales (demos, proposals) and post-sales (training, support) delivery.
    3. ​Relationship & Partnership Building​​: Cultivate long-term strategic ties with key stakeholders (e.g., government IT directors, enterprise CIOs); identify new channel partners (e.g., AV integrators, system consultants) to expand market reach.
    4. ​Market Intelligence & Brand Presence​​: Gather frontline insights on Hong Kong’s smart meeting trends; represent iFLYTEK at local industry events (e.g., GovTech Expo, Enterprise IT Forums) to boost brand visibility and network.

    ​​Qualifications​​

    (Candidates without ​​Hong Kong G/B-end client resources​​ will not pass initial screening.)

    1. ​Resources & Track Record​​:
      • ​Mandatory​​: Established network in Hong Kong/Macau ​​government (e.g., public security bureaus, district councils)​​ or ​​enterprise (e.g., listed companies, schools)​​ sectors; proven success in closing smart meeting/AI-related projects (e.g., deploying conference transcription systems for government agencies).
      • Minimum 3 years of local sales experience in Hong Kong/Macau, with focus on B2B/B2G technology solutions.
    2. ​Skills & Expertise​​:
      • Fluent Cantonese (native); proficient English/Mandarin for client/stakeholder communication.
      • Deep understanding of Hong Kong’s business culture, regulatory environment, and smart meeting market gaps.
      • Experience in AI solutions, audiovisual technology, or IT integration is highly preferred.
    3. ​Traits​​:
      • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting; willingness to travel moderately.
      • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.
    4. ​Education​​: Bachelor’s degree or above.
