Salary: $20,000 – $23,000 per month
Our client is a multinational based Engineering Company. To cope with their rapid growth, they are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant (One year contract) to work in their Headquarter Office in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- To provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Executive and their teams members in Hong Kong Office.
- Maintain the supervisor’s appointments, calendars, business travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, ticketing and travel document applications
- Manage invoice payments, expense reimbursements, and budget analysis, ensuring compliance with compliance with company policies and documentations.
- Support global / regional teams in organizing internal and external events, providing logistical assistance, and handling travel arrangements
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above; Professional Secretarial training or related discipline
- 3 years or above relevant experience from sizable company multinational environment; candidate with serving Senior Executive and team members experience is essential
- Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Applications, knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Excellent organizational with strong service mindset, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- This role is a one year contract; part-time role (around 20 hours weekly), under employment agency contract
