We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Agency Recruitment Manager to join our client in the life insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for agency roles within the life insurance sector.
- Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that align with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and job boards, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in agency recruitment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in agency recruitment, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of agency recruitment processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
- Proficient in using recruitment tools, as well as MS Office applications.
