Salary: $35,000 – $42,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis, design, and support of compliance system modules and their integration with other core business systems.
- Collaborate with business and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop system specifications and ensure seamless data flow for screening, monitoring, and reporting functions.
- Ensure high-quality system design and development using Java/J2EE and Oracle/PL/SQL.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain system stability.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in application analysis, design, and development.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and web technologies (JSP, HTML, JavaScript).
- Strong experience with Oracle and PL/SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
