Assistant Finance Manager

    Location: Central and Western District

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $20k – $25k


    Key responsibilities include:

    • Handle payment of regular and temporary staff payroll and benefits;
    • Ensure compliance with the University’s polices and external regulatory requirements;
    • Prepare payroll-related reports and analysis;
    • Support process review projects, new system implementation and conduct user acceptance tests; and
    • Perform any other duties as assigned.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field;
    • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, preferred with experience in shared service for payroll;
    • Professional qualification in accounting body is preferred;
    • Good team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Adaptability in dynamic environments, able to work independently and efficiently under pressure, responsible, and self-motivated;
    • Proficiency in English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; and
    • Hands-on experience with ERP system is advantageous.
