Core Responsibilities
Web3-Focused Audits
- Execute smart contract audits and on-chain treasury reviews for DeFi protocols (e.g., liquidity pools, staking derivatives, cross-chain bridges).
- Assess token economics and governance model sustainability using blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Nansen, Dune Analytics).
- Audit reserve backing for stablecoins and RWA tokenization projects (e.g., treasury asset verification).
Advisory & Compliance
- Advise clients on regulatory alignment (MiCA, FATF Travel Rule) and DAO governance frameworks.
- Develop risk control matrices for crypto custodians and centralized exchanges (CEXs), addressing hotspots like proof-of-reserves and anti-front-running mechanisms.
Client & Innovation Leadership
- Lead client workshops on Web3 internal controls (e.g., multi-signature wallet policies, oracle security).
- Pioneer automated audit tools for real-time monitoring of on-chain events.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in Big 4 audit/advisory (financial services clients)
- Fluent in English.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in blockchain explorers (Etherscan) and data tools (Dune, Token Unlocks).
- Understanding of smart contract vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy, oracle manipulation).
- Hands-on experience in:
- Auditing CeFi/DeFi platforms (e.g., trading desks, lending protocols) or NFT marketplaces.
- Applying ISA/ASPE standards to blockchain-native business models
