Salary: HKD 960,000 – 1,440,000 Per Year
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects within the Operations Division, including system enhancement (e.g. Automation, AI integration) and process improvement.
- Gather and analyze requirements from internal stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement system solutions, ensuring successful adoption.
- Conduct sample checks and inspections of operational activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards, and implement controls/risk mitigation strategies as needed.
- Provide clear stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive and traceable project documentation, including business requirements, test plans, issue logs and implementation strategies.
- Provide training and support to end-users on adaptation to new systems and processes.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulatory frameworks, as well as experience in implementing AI, automation and transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
