Compensation & Benefits Manager

    The regional C&B Manager will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs to attract within the industrial and manufacturing industry in Asia. Based in Hong Kong, this role requires expertise in C&B , preferably with solid/ hands on experience managing the China market.

    Description

    Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs across the Asia Pacific region, with a strong focus on China. You will manage annual salary reviews, market benchmarking, budgeting, and incentive planning, while advising local countries’ HR teams on regulatory and tax-related matters. This role partners closely with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure competitive and compliant total rewards strategies, and supports global C&B initiatives in collaboration with the headquarters. You will also oversee the integration of HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors), optimize shared service workflows, and contribute to regional payroll and benefits harmonization. The position requires a hands-on approach, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex compensation issues across diverse markets.

    Profile

    The ideal candidate will bring 10-15 years of experience in regional Compensation & Benefits (C&B) or Total Rewards roles, preferably within multinational environments with APAC coverage. A strong understanding of the China market and hands-on experience advising on local compensation practices are essential. The role requires fluency in both English and Mandarin, along with a proven ability to manage complex compensation projects and influence stakeholders across diverse cultural settings. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and experience working within shared service models will be considered a strong advantage.
