About the role
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to clients of the E2046.com. This full-time role is based in our Kwai Hing office in the Kwai Tsing District, MTR nearby.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling incoming customer enquiries and requests through email and chat channels
- Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Providing accurate information about the company’s products and services
- Supporting the wider customer service team with ad-hoc tasks as required
What we’re looking for
- No relevant experience in a customer service, fresh graduate is welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in both English and Cantonese, with Mandarin skills an advantage
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
