Location: Wan Chai, Wan Chai District

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall corporate solutions (ESOP / Share Incentive Plan), trust and family office businesses
- Responsible for setting up business strategies, goals, procedures and policies
- Identify business opportunities and establish sales plan and initiatives
- Maintain good business relationship with corporate clients and business partners
- Provide in-house training to various business teams
- Oversee daily business and operations
- Supervise the team on regulated activities and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, rules and regulatory requirements, including internal policies and procedures
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in brokerage firms, banks, or other financial institutes
- At least 3 years in the capacity of a team manager
- Strong problem solving, analytical, execution and communication skills
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Good knowledge of Share Incentive Plan is a must
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
