An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance & Investment Trainee to join the dynamic team at our client’s company. As a full-time position, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of corporate finance and investment banking.
What you’ll be doing
- Advising on Investment Strategy – Work directly with clients and senior advisors to deliver tailored insights, using financial analysis and modeling to guide strategic investment decisions.
- Leading Market Intelligence Initiatives – Take ownership of deep-dive research into key industries and market trends, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Crafting High-Impact Presentations – Collaborate with leadership to develop pitch decks and advisory reports that clearly communicate value propositions to investors, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Delivering Strategic Client Solutions – Build strong, consultative relationships by proactively identifying opportunities to add value and enhance client portfolios through cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- Shaping the Future of the Business – Play an active role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction by contributing to high-level business development initiatives and positioning yourself for rapid growth into a management role.
What we’re looking for
- A recently completed degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- A keen interest in the financial services industry and a desire to learn and grow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and, ideally, additional Asian languages
