Salary: $30,000 – $40,000 per month
What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices to ensure legal compliance and foster a positive, productive work environment
- Managing the company’s payroll, benefits and leave administration processes
- Driving talent management initiatives, including training and development programmes, to build organisational capability
- Serving as a strategic business partner, collaborating cross-functionally to align HR priorities with the company’s overall objectives
- Maintaining accurate employee records and generating relevant HR reports and analytics
- Overseeing the company’s administrative operations, including facilities management, procurement and IT support
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar HR generalist or business partner role, preferably within the engineering or construction industry
- Thorough understanding of Hong Kong employment laws and regulations
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
- Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tools
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
