Salary: $35,000 – $40,000 per month
Roles and Responsibilities:
- In charge of recruitment and select the right candidates to fill positions
- Handle employment cycle and mobility to support company growth
- Organize new staff orientation and personnel record filing
- Managing day-to-day office administration
- Effectively lead & interpret Company policies and management
- Work on appraisal or non-compliance letters to staffs
Requirements:
- Matriculated or above
- Good planning and implementing capability
- Solid HR practices with PRC labour law is preferable
- Presentable written Chinese and spoken Mandarin
- Good at MS Office and Chinese word input
- Immediate available is highly preferred
