Job Description
- Perform end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer proposal, to new staff orientation
- To assist the team to recruit financial professionals and back-office crews
- In charge of recruitment cycle
- Advise managers on HR policies and recruitment strategies
- Licensing for new staff
- Explore social career needs and Expand social network, familiar in LinkedIn, JobsDB and other platforms are a plus
- Provide secretarial support to the Branch Manager & Administrative support to the team
- Organise meeting and other events

This is a non-sales position focused entirely on HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (80% of focus):
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for various positions.
- Post engaging job advertisements on platforms like LinkedIn and JobsDB.
- Screen incoming CVs and identify top-tier talent.
- Conduct first-round interviews with potential candidates.
- Coordinate the interview process: book meeting rooms and schedule second-round interviews with managers.
- Facilitate the licensing process for new hires.
Administration (20% of focus):
- Provide administrative support to the manager and team secretary.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Assist in organizing company events and managing the internship program.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in HR, administration, or a related field.
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Skills:
- Essential: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and JobsDB is a strong preference.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Chinese(Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
- A polite, positive, and energetic team player who is willing to integrate and build strong relationships with colleagues.
