Salary: $35,000 – $50,000 per month
Role and Responsibilities:
- Support HR operational functions
- Perform recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing and making offer to qualified candidates
- Participate in talent acquisition activities and projects as required
- Design and develop cost effective recruitment programs by utilizing appropriate channels within budgets
- Develop and deliver regular and/or ad-hoc HR reports and presentations to HR and business stakeholders as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree of HR or management related majors
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial sector
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Enthusiastic, well organized, details oriented and independent
- Capable to work under pressure and execute task in a timely manner
