Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per month
Our Client is now looking for high calibre candidate to fill the following position:
- Bachelor or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 15 years’ human resources experience
- Experience in manufacturing and production line is A MUST
- Experience in Hong Kong listed company/ big corporations is an advantage
- Experience in organizational change
- Leading a team of 2-3 HR officers and administrative staff
- Provide full spectrum of HR functions
- Understand company’s needs and targets, drive organizational effectiveness
- Strong in recruitment, provide good remuneration and attract top talent candidates for company consideration
- Familiar with HK employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
