IT Support Engineer 

    Location: Central, Central and Western District

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $22,000 – $30,000 per month

    • Offer prompt and efficient technical assistance to users through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
    • Identify and fix hardware and software issues on desktop computers, covering operating systems, software setups, printers, and network connections.
    • Set up, adjust, and update desktop hardware and software, including operating systems and productivity tools.
    • Carry out regular maintenance tasks on desktop systems, like software updates, antivirus checks, and system enhancements.
    • Work with IT colleagues to troubleshoot complex technical issues and find solutions.
    • Record support activities, including issue resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and common queries.
    • Provide basic training to users on using desktop systems and software effectively.
