    Program Overview

    Our 3-Year Management Trainee Program is designed to groom high-potential talents into future leaders of our business. This structured development journey combines professional training, mentorship, and real-world exposure to different areas of financial advisory and portfolio management.

    Trainees will gain a comprehensive understanding of the wealth management industry, including client relationship management, investment advisory, retirement planning, and business leadership. By the end of the program, successful trainees will be equipped with the skills, knowledge, and experience to take on managerial roles within the organization.

    Who We Are Looking For

    • Recent university graduates or young professionals with up to 2 years of work experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills, interpersonal abilities, and a passion for financial planning.
    • High adaptability, resilience, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage.
