    Salary: $26,000 – $38,500 per month

    Our Management Trainee Programme is designed to develop high potential young talents with knowledge, skills and professional expertise to embark their career in the finance industry.

    The 1-year Management Trainee Programme comprises comprehensive task-oriented training, senior management mentorship, job rotations within designated functions, cross-functional attachment as well as exposure to Mainland China and overseas business to groom young talents to be our future leaders with a fast-track career path.

    • Structured and comprehensive classroom training and experiential learning to acquire in-depth financial knowledge and enhance their leadership skills and personal effectiveness
    • Job rotations within designated business or specialized functions and cross-functional attachment to gain in-depth knowledge, hands-on experience and an overview of different aspects of our business and operations
    • An assigned mentor at senior level to support their career growth by providing guidance, coaching, performance feedback and experience sharing throughout the programme
    • Corporate event participation and project management to enhance their project management skills and strategic thinking
    • Practical work experience in fast-paced global finance market to reinforce global exposure and interpersonal skills

    We are looking for high calibre final-year undergraduates or recent graduates from Hong Kong and overseas universities who possess the following qualities:

    • Bachelor Degree or above with less than two years of work experience
    • Self-motivated with high sense of responsibility
    • Strong business acumen with confidence to excel
    • Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
    • Good team player with creative and innovative mindset
    • Passionate in developing a long-term career in insurance industry
    • Proficiency in English and Chinese and fluency in Mandarin
