Location: Happy Valley, Wan Chai District

Salary: $91.50 per hour
Job Duties:
· Assist in MCRM cases logging, assigning and monitoring. The cases include Feedbacks, Incidents and Service Requests
· Respond to Members’ enquiry submitted via email and App promptly and accurately, maintaining a high standard of professionalism
· Maintain detailed records of Member’s communication and follow ups in MCRM
· Collaborate with internal departments to ensure Members’ enquiries are addressed effectively
· Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Duty Managers
Requirement:
· Form 6 or above
· A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in the Customer Service or Hotel field is preferred.
· Proficient in typing and composing emails in English and Chinese (Traditional).
· Strong written and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
· Independent, self-motivated, organized and positive mindset.
· Proficient in PC skills, including hands-on application of MS office such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Working Hours:
Must be able to work at least 2 days per week, from 9:30am to 6:30pm.
