With the continuous growth of our business, we are now seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily operations and administrative tasks.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Handle daily clerical duties, data entry, and document filing

    • Answer phone calls, manage client appointments, and provide basic inquiries support

    • Assist the HR, Admin, and Finance departments with routine tasks

    • Coordinate office supplies procurement and manage inventory

    • Communicate with the beauty team to ensure smooth daily operations

    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors

    Requirements:

    • Secondary school education or above, with at least 1 year of relevant administrative/clerical experience preferred

    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills

    • Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

    • Good time management skills and ability to handle a fast-paced environment

    • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
