Office Assistant

    Location: Central and Western District

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $15,000 – $17,000 per month

    • Office cleaning, including cleaning cups/dishes and kitchen equipment
    • Coordinate with courier services for incoming/outcoming mail
    • Responsible for general administrative tasks, including document scanning, printing and refilling of copying paper
    • Deliver documents, go to post office, bank cheque deposits and order lunch
    • Assist in conference room settings for meetings
    • Other ad hoc general office administrative work may be assigned
    • 5 days work / bank holiday / year-end double pay
    • 維護辦公室整潔、清洗餐具及廚房設備
    • 聯絡速遞收發信件
    • 負責一般行政工作,包括掃描文件、影印、補充影印機白紙等
    • 需外勤工作:文件送遞 / 到郵政局 / 銀行 及 買午餐
    • 佈置會議室
    • 支援其他委派的辦公室行政工作
    • 銀行假期 / 5天工作 / 13個月糧
