Key Responsibilities
Payroll
- Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll for clients in compliance with Hong Kong labour laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee data, leave, attendance, and benefits.
- Prepare and submit statutory filings (e.g., MPF, tax returns, leave records) in a timely manner.
- Support in preparing payroll reports and reconciliations for clients.
- Assist in year-end tax reporting and ad hoc payroll projects.
HR Administration
- Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, contract preparation, and maintaining personnel files.
- Assist with leave management, employee benefits administration, and HR compliance checks.
- Handle HR-related queries from clients and employees, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects, including policy updates and HR process improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 2 years of relevant experience in payroll or HR administration (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and HR practices preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of payroll/HR software is an advantage.
- A proactive learner with good organizational and time management skills
