Payroll and HR outsourcing

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: $22,000 – $25,000 per month

    Key Responsibilities

    Payroll

    • Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll for clients in compliance with Hong Kong labour laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee data, leave, attendance, and benefits.
    • Prepare and submit statutory filings (e.g., MPF, tax returns, leave records) in a timely manner.
    • Support in preparing payroll reports and reconciliations for clients.
    • Assist in year-end tax reporting and ad hoc payroll projects.

    HR Administration

    • Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, contract preparation, and maintaining personnel files.
    • Assist with leave management, employee benefits administration, and HR compliance checks.
    • Handle HR-related queries from clients and employees, ensuring timely and professional responses.
    • Participate in ad hoc HR projects, including policy updates and HR process improvements.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
    • 2 years of relevant experience in payroll or HR administration (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
    • Basic knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and HR practices preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and confidentiality.
    • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
    • Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of payroll/HR software is an advantage.
    • A proactive learner with good organizational and time management skills
