Salary: $25,000 – $30,000 per month
Job Duties:
– Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all data.
– Track client needs, issue reminders for deadlines, and coordinate meeting details to support the team’s workflow.
– Coordinate schedules and align needs with B2B partners to support client programs and ensure smooth collaboration.
– Assist in preparing and quality-checking applications for universities, competitions, extracurricular courses, and internships, ensuring timely submission through relevant systems.
– Serve as a secondary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, responding to basic inquiries and providing updates on client progress.
– Schedule consultation sessions and prepare relevant documents and materials ahead of meetings.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, client services, or a related field.
– At least 2 years of experience in administrative or client-facing roles.
– Proficiency: Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
– Organisational ability to manage schedules, documents, and deadlines with precision.
– Attention to Detail: ability to ensure accuracy in documentation and application processes.
