    Salary: $28,000 – $40,000 per month

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    As a Senior Sales Executive at Spacious, you will be joining our expanding sales team in Hong Kong as we continue to grow and meet increasing market needs. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Developing New Sales Opportunities (60%): Identify and engage with potential clients, including property agents, developers, and service providers. Use a combination of cold calling, cold messaging, and outdoor prospecting to generate new sales leads and drive sales growth for Spacious’ platform.
    • Client Needs Analysis and Sales Solutions (20%): Analyze clients’ business needs and provide tailored sales solutions that align with their marketing objectives. Leverage your understanding of the real estate market and our platform’s capabilities to deliver optimal sales solutions.
    • Client Relationship Management (10%): Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Provide excellent account servicing, ensuring clients remain engaged and are aware of new sales opportunities to grow their business with Spacious.
    • Market Research & Sales Strategy (10%): Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes. Use this knowledge to inform your sales approach, refine strategies, and identify new sales opportunities for expansion.

    What We’re Looking For:

    We’re looking for an experienced, self-motivated sales professional with a strong track record in sales. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is hardworking, driven, and ready to take initiative. You should have:

    • Previous sales experience (2+ years) in a relevant industry (property, tech, B2B services, etc.)
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and close sales
    • Experience with cold calling, cold messaging, and outdoor prospecting, including direct face-to-face engagement with clients
    • Strong organizational skills to manage your time effectively and prioritize sales leads
    • Sales leadership potential: You will have the opportunity to take on sales leadership responsibilities within 6 months if you demonstrate exceptional results and leadership skills
    • A university degree is an advantage, but not required
    • Native Cantonese and business-level English are required. Mandarin is a bonus
