What Will You be Doing
- With your KPIs on utilisation rate , you will be one of the business owners of the company’s social commerce platform and drive its success through multi-channel activities
- Lead a sub team to achieve the goal with strategic content planning
- Extent good relationships and communicate with online media/ KOLs for company’s upcoming activities
- Work closely with in-house stakeholders, including sales team, production team, business intelligence team, IT team, etc. to achieve business KPI
- Closely monitor the trend, competitor information and conduct research to develop new content directions & execute the content plans
- Decorate the content of in-app display and other marketing channels, including eDMs, social media, and web page, and participate in UI/UX development discussions
- Analyse the performance data and adjust the marketing strategies based-on the result obtained
- Develop and execute ideas for customer acquisition for the social commerce platform
- Work with the team to initiate big scale of thematic content campaigns
Who Is Our Right Fit
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Marketing and media related discipline
- At least 4-5 years’ relevant experience, work experience in marketing agency or media group is preferred
- Work experience in eCommerce, media group, social networking platform or start-up firm is a must
Experience in video production and content creation is a plus - Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA360, and Tableau a plus but not a must
- Creative and well-organised with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work multi-task and under pressure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and passionate team player
- Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
