About the job.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation
- Assist in designing and developing new insurance products
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product feasibility and market fit
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making
- Conduct UAT and communicate with operations team to support product launches and updates
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required
Skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor Degree in Actuarial, Business Administration, Insurance or Finance related discipline
- With at least 3 year’s relevant experience in product development on insurance products and services
- Strong communication skills, detail mined and strong knowledge of insurance products and processes
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience could be consider as Officer grade
