About the Role
Hong Kong Molecular Pathology Diagnostic Centre Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our advanced diagnostic services across both public and private healthcare sectors. This senior role offers the opportunity to shape market strategy, drive significant business growth, and play a pivotal role in the future of molecular diagnostics in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to surpass revenue targets and expand market share.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with technical and marketing teams on regional research initiatives and government tender submissions.
- Spearhead business development efforts through industry events, client site visits, and high-level presentations to secure new partnerships.
- Provide strategic oversight for key projects, delivering regular performance reports directly to senior leadership.
- Manage and drive forward an FDA-approved project, with preference given to candidates possessing experience in FDA-regulated environments.
- Represent the company through occasional domestic and international business travel.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Biomedical Sciences); advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success in sales or project management, preferably within the Medical, Pharmaceutical, or Diagnostic Laboratory industry.
- Candidates with slightly less experience may be considered for an Assistant Sales Manager position.
- Proven ability to communicate complex information effectively and translate client feedback into actionable insights.
- A strong aptitude for mastering new technologies and a passion for sharing knowledge with team members and clients.
- Willingness to undertake travel as required by business needs.
