Salary: HKD 347,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of a technical proposal, tender and quotation documents
- Coordinate and manage regular and emergency repair and maintenance works (both Building Services and Builders) for the portfolios
- Supervise and monitor the performance of Technicians
- Liaise with vendors on the work schedule, follow up on the work completion, certification of work done and payment
- Carry out ad hoc duties as directed by line managers
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate A0 or above is preferable
- At least 3 years’ working experience in Property, Facilities Management or project works
- Proven track record for Grade A office building or luxury residential building is preferable
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command for both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Hand-on knowledge of PC applications
- Proactive and a good team player
- Self-motivated and be able to work independently
