What you’ll be doing?

Lead Management: Qualify and develop client interest from initial enquiry throughout the sales process, aiming to hit sales targets for property sales.
Client Communication: Manage written and verbal communication with customers, organizing phone and face-to-face meetings to build strong relationships.
Sales Performance: Sell the targeted quantity of overseas and UK investment property, focusing on generating repeat and referral business.
Customer Experience: Provide a first-rate customer experience, meeting and surpassing client expectations at every touchpoint.
CRM Maintenance: Keep the CRM system updated with customer records throughout all communication stages.
Payment Processing: Ensure reservation payments are received promptly to maintain smooth sales operations.

English Proficiency: Fluent English speakers to effectively communicate with international clients and partners.
Industry Experience: Candidates with extensive working experience in the overseas property industry, bringing valuable insights to the role.
Communication Skills: Strong communicators with excellent sales skills to engage effectively with clients.
Cultural Adaptability: Individuals comfortable working in diverse environments and collaborating in multi-cultural teams.
