Jobs responsibilities
Handling daily operation works of client
Maintain relationship with customers
Developing and retaining relationships with potential customer
Identifying needs of clients in order to enhance client satisfactions
Organizing and Supporting customer regular events
Requirements
HKCEE/DSE or above, with related experience in customer service preferred
Fresh graduate and IANG are also welcome with relevant experience
Relevant experience in data handling and campaign implementation
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage.
