Sales Administrator

    Location: Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District

    Job Type: Full time

    Salary: HK$17,000 – HK$19,000

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor day-to-day operation including supplier management, product development, sample verification & order follow up
    • Manage purchase orders and coordinate production and inspection schedules with the suppliers
    • Coordinate with the sales team and logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of shipments
    • Work closely with QA team to handle technical information requests
    • Work closely with marketing team to execute marketing and promotional activities
    • Prepare product related documents and reports
    • Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

    Requirements: 

    • High diploma or above, preferably in Product, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
    • Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience in Home appliance or Consumer Electronic; Fresh graduates are also welcomed
    • Well-organized, self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently
    • Good PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese WP is essential). Knowledge in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator etc. is a plus.
    • Fluent in conversation, written and comprehension of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
    • Willing to travel when needed
